Janet Wu

Xiaoqian (Janet) Wu works as the clinical liaison officer at CACPI. She has a Bachelor’s degree of Nursing from Shanghai Jiaotong University and a Master’s of Nursing Practice from Monash University, Australia.

She gained project experience in the rheumatology department at Renji Hospital, and completed a thesis on the subject of life quality of SLE patients and have had an article published in a core Chinese journal.

Janet’s role is to collate the patient clinical information and provide support for contracts, purchasing, translation and other administration.

Chengmei Xie

Chengmei Xie is a research assistant at CACPI. She has a Bachelors degree in Bioscience/Biotechnology from the China Medical University, and a Master’s in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the Beijing Institute of Genomics (BIG), University of Chinese Academy of Sciences.

She has a wealth of knowledge in molecular, cell and mouse experiments. Chengmei is currently involved in several projects to discover the causal genetic variation and the pathway affected of autoimmune diseases.
